Interactive 3D cells
In this activity you can explore the features of a 3D animal cell, a plant cell, a bacterium and a neuron, to gain a better understanding of their spatial arrangement in the cell.
You can interact with the 3D cells, rotate them and zoom in and out. Key features of the cells are highlighted, with labels and descriptions of their functions. Micrographs allow you to study the ultrastructure of the components you see.
